Legal Terms and Conditions of purchase.
1. Application of the legal conditions.
These General Purchase Conditions regulate the purchase through the PBPmallets.com website of the products offered through it.
PBPmallets.com to make purchases will require that the customer accepts these conditions of purchase.
The completion of the purchase implies full knowledge and acceptance of these conditions, in the version published at the time the purchase is made.
2. Formalization of the contract of sale.
The contracting party is PBPmallets , c / Menéndez Pelayo 76B, 03400 Villena (Alicante), Spain, NIF- 73996983-A.
Can only order products offered on the website consumers (not distributors), over 18 years.
PBPmallets will confirm the receipt of the order to the user by email, and reserves the right to withdraw any product from the website at any time.
3. Prices, offers and availability of the articles.
All prices shown in the list of our products are indicated in EUROS and include Value Added Tax (VAT) and exclude shipping costs.
In non-EU territories, including the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or the shipping price, and must be paid at destination by the recipient of the merchandise. PBPmallets does not assume any responsibility derived from said obligations that are borne by the user.
PBPmallets reserves the right to make changes to prices and product prior to an order placed by the user.
All products that PBPmallets promotes at a special price (products on sale) will be displayed on the web with the following information: sale price, regular price.
Orders will be handled in strict order of receipt, as established in Article 9 of the Retail Trade Law (Law 7/1996). In case of not being able to serve any of the articles, PBPmallets .com will proceed to notify the client in a timely manner. Once notified, the customer can cancel the order or change the items for others with similar features and characteristics. In the event that it is not possible to contact the customer, the order will be automatically canceled.
If there is a typographical error in any of the characteristics or prices, PBPmallets.com will immediately report the error and the real price of the product, with the customer having the right to cancel the order if they wish.
4. Modalities and payment systems.
All purchases can be paid through the following means: VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA ELECTRON and PAYPAL.
5. Shipping and delivery times.
For orders under € 200, the shipping cost is € 7 for shipments to Spain, for any other destination, please contact us in the "contact" section. For orders of € 200 or more in Spain, shipping costs are free.
Deliveries will be made to the address indicated by the user.
The transport of the items purchased through the online store of PBPmallets.com is carried out by the NACEX courier company.
To avoid incidents in the delivery (wrong addresses, inability to find someone at home), it is essential that the user fill in the contact telephone box.
In the event that the order is returned to PBPmallets.com because the customer has not facilitated the delivery and the customer wishes to send it again, € 7 will be charged for shipments to Spain, for any other destination we will contact contact you.
The order will be delivered to the address provided for delivery within a maximum period of ten (10) days, although once the order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days in Spain, for shipments Outside of Spain, contact the company. However, if the order could not be delivered within that period, it will be communicated to the client through the communication channels that he has provided.
Delivery times are approximate and based on the services of our logistics operators.
If the customer receives packages damaged, broken or in poor condition, they must record it on the delivery receipt that they sign to the transport agency. The client has a period of 24 hours to verify the status of receipt of the order. If one or more products arrive in damaged or defective conditions, they will be exchanged for the same product in perfect condition.
6. Warranty.
The PBPmallets products purchased through the Site benefit from the legal guarantee provided by Spanish legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) from the date of the invoice against any material or manufacturing defect during the corresponding legal period.
Defects or damage due to improper use or handling of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same, are not included in this warranty.
Likewise, the decrease in the functionality of the articles, due to the limitations of their design, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.
7. Return Policy.
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied. If for any reason when receiving your order, you do not want to keep the product, you have thirty (30) days to return it from the receipt of the order. To request a return, you must fill out the return form that you will find in the following link.
Once you have the return form duly completed, you must attach it with the product to be returned and send it to our address.
In any case, in order to make a return, you must meet the following conditions:
The purchased product must not be used.
The purchased product must be returned with its original packaging, whenever reasonably possible. If you no longer have the original packaging, you must replace it with one of similar size and capacity.
The purchased product must be sent by certified mail so that it reaches the following address within thirty (30) days from the date the order was received.

The cost of shipping to PBPmallets must always be paid by the customer. PBPmallets will not accept postage due in any case.
It is only possible to process returns of products purchased in the online store of the PBPmallets.com Site .
In the event of a valid return in accordance with these conditions, PBPmallets will refund the purchase price that the user has paid for the returned product, within 10 (ten) business days following receipt of the product.
The user will receive a confirmation email when PBPmallets has accepted and paid for the return. Refunds will only be made for those products that have been returned following our returns policy.
When the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect or product quality, PBPmallets will pay you the entire invoice within ten (10) business days following receipt of the product, as well as the shipping costs incurred.
Likewise, the cancellation of any order is accepted free of charge as long as the cancellation is communicated before PBPmallets has proceeded to send it.
Please note that orders are shipped between the first and second business day after purchase.
If the order has already left our warehouses, it will not be possible to cancel it, but you can make the return once received. In this case, you must wait to receive it and proceed to return it, provided that it complies with the conditions detailed above.
8. Reservation of domain.
The products supplied will remain the property of PBPmallets until the user has paid in full all the amounts due under the purchase contract.
9. Customer responsibilities.
The client guarantees the veracity and accuracy of the data provided, responding to direct or indirect damages that may be caused to PBPmallets as a result of their incorrectness.
Likewise, the customer agrees to enable the delivery of the order by providing a delivery address where the purchased product can be delivered within the normal merchandise delivery schedule (Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00).
Failure to comply with any of these conditions may lead to the cancellation of the order by PBPmallets , without the need for prior notice to the customer and without giving the right to any compensation.
10. Protection of personal data.
We inform you that all the personal data you provide us will be included in an automated personal data file, created and maintained under the responsibility of PBPmallets .
The purpose of this file is to facilitate the processing of orders and, unless you have requested express exclusion, also to send you commercial communications about products or promotions that may be of interest to you.
PBPmallets customers may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, communicating it by email to info@pbpmallets.com or by writing to our address.
11. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
The law applicable to the contract and to these conditions will be Spanish law.
For any divergence arising from these conditions or the contract, if an agreement is not reached, both parties expressly submit and waive their own jurisdiction, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
